Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, un opened or damaged.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.
Shipping costs & tracking are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Prior to posting your return, if you can email us at returns@hellosunny.com.au and title the subject box as ‘return (original order number)’
If you could include just a brief explanation, as we are always wanting to improve where we can. And if you can let us know what items are being returned also.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is assumed by the sender.
